During 1987, CAMA SARL was established in Antelias. CAMA is, nowadays, considered one of the Lebanese Leaders in manufacturing and supplying Marble and Granite. CAMA also has its own factory in Zikrit. In 1993, a diamond tools factory was established in collaboration with an Italian group under the name of DIAMOND GEX. In 1995, an abrasive factory was established to cover all the needs of the Lebanese’s marble and granite producers under the name of GENEX M.G. SARL.

In 2002, the team established with the O’NEIL Family in Sydney, a new company under the name of GENEX MARMI & GRANITI PTY. It was a big opportunity due to the Australian market’s growth. The company was later dissolved due to new commercial strategies.

The team has established a J.V. with TRADE & TRADE offshore. This represented an opportunity to GENEX because it allowed it to have a direct access into a promising market in a constant evolution. From Dubai, GENEX expanded its market and entered Qatar in 2005. Later on GENEX has established in 2014, a joint venture with a local company, in order to undertake a wider range of projects.

In 2016, the team re-entered the market of KUWAIT and was awarded many projects, listed here after.
